The room is spacious and well-appointed, though
The only downside was the blinds that didn't block out all the light in the morning. The air conditioning was a lovely surprise given the UK weather, and the electronic key system made access easy. I had a comfortable stay.

Housekeeping needs a serious overhaul. Hair on the bathroom floor went untouched, the toilet roll wasn't replaced, and the coasters under the cups were suspiciously stained. Really, apart from changing towels, evidence of proper cleaning seemed absent throughout the entire four-day stay.

The Family Room was clean and spacious, though the blinds didn't block out all the light.

This was a solid choice for a city escape in Oxford with good value. I appreciated the clean and tidy facilities. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper as the walls are pretty thin.

Crown provided an excellent experience . The check-in process via the app was seamless and convenient, and I found both the common areas and my room to be in fabulous condition, being spacious and clean. Notable was the attention to detail, such as complimentary water bottles and slippers. The staff responded promptly to an issue with the room safe, demonstrating their helpfulness and efficiency.
Blinds did not completely block out the light.

I just had an amazing 2-night stay! The room was not only spacious but also beautifully clean, with the added touch of large bottles of water and comfy slippers, although the blinds didn't quite keep out the morning light. I'd definitely stay again!

enjoyable stay but a couple of quirks
The Standard Double Room was clean and quite functional. I appreciated the convenient coffee and tea facilities. Staff were pleasant. I found the location to be excellent, just a short walk from various lovely cafes and restaurants.
The blinds did not completely block out the morning light.

Staying as a couple for one night was great! The Beautiful Double or Twin Room was super comfy, with an clean as new feel. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Loved that there were tea and coffee facilities. It was just a short walk from lots of eating spots, so really convenient!
